Harishpal Sharda carries an experience of around 22 years in Finance, Accounts, Inventory Management and Audit & Commercial functions across industries/sectors like Retail, Textile, Steel and Engineering. He has a Master’s Degree in Finance & Statistics and a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1997. He also has six sigma green belt certification to his credit.
While associated with Future group , he has been an active participant in the new wave of awareness in Inventory Management in Indian Retail since 2008. At nhbs, he is tirelessly taking the excellence in Inventory Management to other Retailers and Sectors. Presently he drives a 400+ team to deliver customer delight in the area of Inventory verification, Fixed Assets Verification, Analytics and allied Value added services across the country.
Mukesh Singh is a Fellow Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. During his professional career of 21 years, he was recognized for his professional brilliance in Financial Audits, Compliance Audits, Investigative Audits, Internal Audit, Process and Control reviews and Direct & Indirect Taxes.
He has deep knowledge of US GAAP, GAAS, GASB, IAS, IFRS & Indian GAAP.
He has a rich experience in Accounting, Due Diligence, Credit Monitoring, Concurrent Audits and Analytical Procedures and has audited Indian and US manufacturing companies, Indian public limited companies, Banking, FMCG, Media, Government organizations, engineering services companies and charter schools working in India & USA.
Ajay is responsible for managing the company’s strategy, business development & operations for international markets. Ajay has over 15 years of experience in Retail, Corporate Finance and Information Technology sectors, working in a variety of disciplines including international business, strategy development, financial planning & analysis, corporate finance and audit advisory.
Prior to embarking on an entrepreneurial journey, Ajay has worked with renowned companies such as Landmark Group, Apparel Group, Zensar Technologies, BDO and Raymond Group in India & Overseas markets in regions like Middle East, Africa, USA & Canada.
Ajay holds a Masters degree in commerce form Symbiosis College Pune (India), Fellow Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and US CPA from AICPA.
