Vipul Thaker is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Internal Auditor from the Institute on Internal Auditors, Florida, USA and Alumni of IIM,A with experience in all fundamental areas of Chartered Accountancy practice.

As CEO of NHBS LLP, he has demonstrated his long term vision coincide with deeper understanding of client needs and ease of building team. With this, he has created a dedicated team of 300 + own resources and more than 500+ liquid force to cater to 75+ eminent clients requirements on pan India basis, in a span of about 3 to 5yrs.

His experience and expertise is spread across various industries in the field on Accounting, Internal Audit, Verification, Systems Review, Study, Design & Development, Project Monitoring, Due Diligence Review and Inspections. He has also provided consultancy to many corporates in areas of Strategy building, Corporate Finance activities like Debt Syndication, Preparation of Business Plan, Fund Raising etc.

Chetan Parekh is a Company Secretary, PGDBM with specialisation in Finance from a premier management instituteand LL.B from Mumbai University.

Nearly two decades of immense experience across Corporate sectors (Manufacturing, Mining, Real Estate, Infra logistics, Retail & Trading sectors) he is proficient in raising finance, conducting financial Due Diligence& Monitoring, Forensic audit, Insolvency Bankruptcy Code (2016),TEV study, loan restructuring, cash flow management, forex treasury and matters pertaining to company law.

With his comprehensive knowledge, vast experience and relationship management skills with Banks and Corporates, he diligently strives to excel.

Anagha Khade

Anagha is a Science Graduate and completed her Masters in Management Studies (MMS) with specialization in Finance from Mumbai University. She has successfully completed Internal Auditor Training Program on ISO 9001:2008.

During her professional carrier of over 14 years, she has an eventful career studded with professional brilliance predominantly in the field of Banking & Financial Services, wherein she has supported Credit & Risk team of Banks & NBFC’sin mitigating risk by carrying out audit at various lending stage like Due Diligence & Credit Monitoring of Small / Medium / Large Corporate borrower Accounts. She is alsoassisting International, Nationalised and Private bank for conducting Due Diligence for Securitization / Pool Buyout. Her experience is spread across various sectors like Manufacturing, retail, textile, steel and engineering etc.
